1. Address

Le Troll aux Trousses is a Web-site only which is why you will not find our address anywhere on our Web-site.

If you need the address because you ordered something and you would like to send your payment, check your E-mail because a copy of every order made is automatically sent to the person who made it. In that E-mail you will find our address.

If you are looking for our address to make a purchase directly at our office, please contact us so we can schedule an appointment. Once the appointment is made, we will send you an E-mail containing our address and the itinerary.


2. Stock

You want to know what’s in stock? You can check our stock at all time by visiting the description of the product you wish to purchase. Each description contains a clickable box to check out stock and delays. This button is directly underneath the scroll lists which are underneath the main image of the product.


3. Production delays

The production delays are different for each product. You can check the delays at all time by visiting the description of the product you wish to purchase. Each description contains a clickable box called Stock and delays to check out delays.


4. Purchase

You can either purchase on the Internet or at our office. Please note that we do not take orders on the telephone to avoid any order mistake.

To purchase a product at our office, please contact us to take an appointment. The appointments can be made for every Friday and Saturday between 12:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. You will be able to either pay in person and leave with the product if it’s in stock or pay 50% or 100% and come back once the item and pay the rest.

To purchase online, please make sure you ask all your questions before you order to make sure you make the best choice. Once you are ready to order, follow these steps:

  1. Add the desired products in the cart.
  2. Make sure there is no mistake in your order.
  3. If everything is OK, please click on Order.
  4. Choose the payment method. Choose PayPal if you have a PayPal account and you wish to pay that way. If not, choose Certified check/Money order.
  5. Choose your shipping method. By mail or by pickup. Pickup is a pickup by appointment at our office.
  6. Choose the shipping zone. This represents where you live and/or where you are going to ship the package.
  7. Read the Conditions of use before accepting them.
  8. Enter all your information including full address, E-mail and telephone number. Once you are done, click Order.
  9. You are all done. Your order as been sent to us.

The order is shipped immediately upon receipt of the order and full payment.

You take an appointment, you pay the full amount and you leave with everything.

Some products are in stock

Once we receive the order and the full payment, we order the products that are not in stock.  Once the full order is in stock, we ship it all in once.

You order on the Web-site, you select Pickup and you send 100% or 50% of the payment by mail.  When all the products are in stock, you take an appointment to pay the rest of the order and pickup everything.

OR

You take an appointment and at your appointment you pay 100% of the products in stock and you leave with them.  You also pay 100% or 50% for the products not in stock.  Once the products are in stock, you come back to pick them up and pay the balance.

None of the products are in stock

Once we receive the order and the full payment, we order all the products.  The package is shipped once all the products are in stock.

You order on the Web-site, you select Pickup and you send 100% or 50% of the payment.  Once the order is in stock, you take an appointment to pickup the products and pay the balance.

OR

You take an appointment and at your appointment you pay 100% or 50%.  At your second appointment, you pickup the order and you pay the difference.




5. Payment

We need to receive the payment before we take care of an order. We will not ship something by COD (cash on delivery). It is possible to make a 50 % deposit at our office for more security.

7. Return and cancellation

Return if we sent you the wrong product

If we sent you the wrong product, please contact us before reshipping the package. Here are the steps to follow for a return:
  1. Contact us so we can approve the return. You have 30 days to contact us after you received the package. Please note that the product must not been used during that period.
  2. Ship the package using the shipping service mentioned in our E-mail.
  3. Write in the shipping paperwork that the package is a warranty return. If you do not put that in the papers, we will reimburse you partially the shipping cost to cover the additional fees caused by the missing note.
  4. Once we receive the package, we will reimburse the shipping fees. You will have to pay for the shipping yourself until we get the package back. To get reimbursed for the shipping fees, you will have to send us a shipping bill that includes the shipping cost. Without the bill, we will not be able to reimburse you the shipping fees.
  5. The right product will be shipped using the shipping service you initially paid for. Le Troll aux Trousses will pay to ship back the right product.
  6. The Shipping fees will all be paid by Le Troll aux Trousses.
Return if you didn’t purchase the right product

There is no return accepted in this case.

Return if you purchase a custom made product

The product has been made with your dimensions with your specifications. It is therefore impossible for us to take it back.

Cancellation

You have one day to cancel or change your order.
